This site sets no cookies, uses no advertising or third-party tracking tools, and has no forms. Data controller: Joopin's Lab, EURL (French single-member limited liability company), SIREN 995 342 128 (legal notice).

Analytics

Anonymous statistics are produced with Umami, hosted by Joopin's Lab on its own servers in France: page views, clicks on the main buttons, country, device and browser type. No cookies, no identifiers, IP addresses are not stored. They are used only to improve the site. Measurement is disabled if your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.

When you get in touch

If you email or call, the information you provide (name, email, phone, message) is used only to reply and to follow up on the business relationship, on the basis of legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps. It is kept for at most 3 years after the last exchange, unless a contract is ongoing or the law requires longer retention.

Email is handled by Gmail (Google), so your messages are also processed by Google, which may store them outside the European Union under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Server logs

The server records incoming requests (IP address, date, requested page, browser) for security and incident diagnosis. These logs are kept for at most 12 months.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing by writing to marc.bourrel81@gmail.com. Reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
